Interpretation

Words whose initial letters are capitalised have meanings defined below. These definitions apply equally in singular and plural form.

Definitions

• Company (also "We", "Us" or "Our") — Lova Agritech Private Limited, A/318, Saheed Nagar, Bhubaneswar, Odisha, IN 751007.
• Goods — Items offered for sale on the Service.
• Orders — A request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
• Service — The Website at kisansathi.tech; purchases made at order.kisansathi.tech.
• You — The individual or legal entity accessing or using the Service.

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 1 hour of placing it, without giving any reason.

For Goods to be eligible for a return, all of the following must apply:

• The return request is raised within 2 hours of delivery.
• The Goods are in their original packaging, undamaged and unopened.
• Refund amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 days.
• Exchange or replacement product will be delivered within 2–4 hours of the return being accepted.

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning Goods to Us. Please use an insured, trackable courier service — We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in transit, and refunds cannot be issued without confirmed receipt of the return.
